And what a year it's been!
JANUARY!

I went up to Orkney for my birthday and it was the first time I'd really hung out with Andrew. It was awesome fun, that was where our regular rocking out to Knights Of Cydonia with David started, hehe (not quite sure what David's doing in that picture...!). My birthday do was great, went out with a whole bunch of friends, then stayed at Harry's. :-) Then Toady, David, Andrew and I went to Glasgow, they saw Korn, and we all stayed in a hostel... and so the great game BOX was invented. Cue running around all the floors of the hostel shouting, 'IT'S A BOMB!!!!!' while throwing the box to each other... and then Toady knocked a fire extinguisher off the wall. :-D

I also drove the entire M25 for my pass plus, and shortly after, reversed into David's ditch.

FEBRUARY!

Toady and I went to see Jimmy Eat World and Johnny Panic... but I don't seem to have any pictures, so here's one of me playing guitar, I took it for my Camp America application. It was actually a very boring month.

MARCH!

Well, as you can see, I went out and got drunk. I went up to Orkney for a week or two and spent lots of time with my besties. I think Alistair and I went to David's house and invaded his trampoline, that was a hilarious day! I also interviewed Reel Big Fish, I was supposed to interview Jimmy Eat World but that fell through and made me cry (but then I saw Matt from Johnny Panic and Matt Willis at the gig!), and I went to Southampton for my CA interview and fell in love with the city.

APRIL!

Not a very exciting month, although I did interview Brigade, which was awesomeee! I loved meeting Will, he's the nicest person I've interviewed. :-D I also interviewed Air Traffic... it wasn't a very exciting month. Except my boss rescued THE CUTEST BUNNY WABBIT EVAH. And then it died. :'(

MAY!

One word: DISNEYLAND!!!!! I had the time of my liiife, I met Donald Duck, Sulley, Jessie from Toy Story 2, Mickey Mouse and a bunch of others! It was so awesome, the kid in me squealed the whole time! We also went to Paris on a bus tour in the evening, which has made me desperate to go back to the city properly, as we were only able to get off at the Eiffel Tower. Which at night, is amazing! In other events, I managed to get stuck in London after missing the last train home, thankfully I was able to stay at Sam's. So that was quite amusing.

JUNE!

My American adventure began! Here's me with my fellow horsechicks, Michaeleen, Meggin & Karen, with our ickle horsechicklet star, Rachel! I miss them all so muchhh. I worked at Camp Brookwoods & Deer Run for over two months in New Hampshire, USA, looking after the horses and helping out with riding lessons. Camp was an amazing experience, I would love to go back just to visit!

JULY!

Well actually, I think this picture was taken in August, but I already have THREE pictures for August, and I was at camp for the whole of July anyway. This is my favourite kid in the world, Griffin. He's the CUTEST KID EVERRRR, he was so funny and so, SO sweet! He's 10 years old, I loved him to bits!!

AUGUST!

Camp finished! :-( This is a picture of me with my best camp friend, Emilee, on the last night at the banquet! I miss everyone loadsss, it was so sad having to leave. :-(

After spending a couple of days in NYC, I went up to Canada to see Mistee (middle) in Kitchener, Ontario. We went to London to see her best friend Ashley (left), and to Toronto where we went shopping and ate out at Hard Rock Café! Awesome! It was so cool meeting her after what, three years? Eee!

Prior to the trek, I spent another day in NYC and went to Top Of The Rock. In my other couple of days, I went to the Empire State Building, Statue Of Liberty and met my friend Noelle in Central Park, which, despite her friends' obsession with David Archuleta, was awesome fun! On the 27th, I woke up extra early to get a bus to NJ, and that's where the real adventure started. ;-)

SEPTEMBER!

The best three weeks of my life! We started off in New Jersey, went down through Virginia to Maryland, visited D.C., went white-water rafting in Tennessee, got a bit drunk in Memphis, went to a load of cowboy bars and went horse riding in Texas, walked through the Caverns and visited Santa Fe in New Mexico, stayed in the mountains in Colorado, did a jeep tour in Monument Valley (pictured above, that picture also got into the Trek America brochure!), where we ate with the Navajo Indians and then slept in one of their mud huts, did a helicopter flight over the Grand Canyon, made a brief visit to Horseshoe Bend, which is one of my favourite views in the world (pictured below), swam in Lake Powell before partying in bin bags in a barn (!!), hiked around the Zion Canyon, hired a party bus complete with poles in Vegas and did a bus tour around Los Angeles! Phew! Then Holly and I flew to NYC to spend a few hours there before flying back to the UK.

OCTOBER!

Not quite as exciting as last month...! Toady and I went up to Orkney to see everyone, David and I sang Don't Stop Me Now in a drunken stupor at a karaoke night, then Toady, David, Daniel and I stayed in Glasgow and saw Disturbed, who were excellent, and then things quietened down a bit. I made a trip over to Canterbury in Kent to see Emma (pictured), which was good fun! And also went to London to see Jenni from the trek, as well as Sanja, an online friend from America who's studying in Cardiff!

NOVEMBER!

I went to see Sam in Portsmouth, we went over to the Isle Of Wight on the hovercraft and ended up going to Newport for the lolz. I also met one of my Fightstar friends, Lana, and we went to Pizza Hut. Mmmm. I stuffed myself and consequently felt ill for most of the journey home. But it was an awesome day out. I also went to see Dylan Moran with Toady, Chris and Dave, and we met him afterwards!!! Legenddd!

DECEMBER!

Toady and I went to the Johnny Panic Christmas gig in London and it was awesome! We also went up to Orkney for Christmas. Here, strangely, is the only picture I have of me with both my best friends. That's quite sad, really. Anyway, we spent loads of time with them, so I had a brilliant time! And Christmas was really good, last year I didn't get to spend it with my family so it was nice to this year!

WHAT A YEAR.

Oh yes! I'll tell you what, I forgot about ALL the October cocktails - I went out to TGI Friday's with some friends in Glasgow and did that get a mention? Pfft!
